The U.S. Department of Education requires the Indiana Department of Education-Office of Special Education (IDOE) to find out if parents of students with disabilities think the school encourages them and makes it easy for them to be involved in their child's education program. Our records indicate that you are the parent of a student who received special education services, and IDOE is asking for your help in  completing an important survey.
