Applications are accepted during the month of January, either mailed to Earlywood Educational Services, 500 Earlywood Drive, Franklin, IN 46131, or dropped off at Earlywood to the attention of Lisa Whitlow-Hill. There are three sections to the application which must be completed: Parent, Student and Teacher of Record. During the month of February, interviews are scheduled and observations of students in their home school environment are completed. Interviews are then conducted during the early part of March. Once the interviews are complete, the team (composed of INSPIRE staff and Franklin College staff) makes a decision on who best qualifies for the program, beginning in the Fall. Letters detailing the outcome of the interview are sent via US mail in April.
