Eryn Hopper

Eryn graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2016 and a Masters Degree in 2018 in Speech Language Pathology. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association, Indiana Professional Licenses in Speech-Language Pathology, and her Indiana Educator License in Communication Disorders in 2019. She has worked with children from the age of 3 all the way to 15 years of age. Eryn has an interest in children in the developmental preschool and essential skills rooms, she loves a challenge with children with variety of disabilities.   As she as she has a strong interest in AAC and Assistive Technology to help children speak and participate in their own way throughout their school days, she serves as the Augmentative and Alternative Communication Technology Specialist for all Earlywood Educational Services' member districts.

Jaclyn Kinsman

This is Jaclyn's first year working for EES. She graduated with her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology and received her degree from the University of Toledo in 2020.  She holds an Indiana Professional License in Speech-Language Pathology as well as her Indiana Educator License in Communication Disorders. She is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship year and is learning all kinds of new things!
 
Jaclyn enjoys working with children who have a wide variety of disabilities and communication disorders/delays. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristin Nelson

Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language and Audiology from Ball State University in 1996 and her Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University in 1998.  She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Association, Indian Professional License in Speech Pathology, and Indiana Professional Educator's LIcense in Communication Disorders.  
 
Before joining Earlywood Educational Services in 2018, Kristin had taken some time off to stay home while raising her children Ayva, Baylen and Charlotte.  Prior to that, she worked for 10 years at Rise Learning Center as a Speech-Language Pathologist, as well as First Steps for a portion of that time.  In her spare time she enjoys golfing,  soaking up sunshine, vacationing to warm places but mostly just enjoying time with her family.

Katie Williams

Katie has been working as a speech-language pathologist since 2015. She graduated with a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Butler University and her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Purdue University. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association, Indiana Professional License in Speech-Language Pathology, and her Indiana Educator License in Communication Disorders. Katie has worked with school age students and patients of all ages in the medical setting, but has a special interest in helping those with speech sound disorders. Katie recently got married, loves to hang out with friends and family, play board games, rearrange furniture in her house, and shop online.

Ashley Ripperger

Ashley Ripperger has worked as a licensed SLPA for 12 years.  She graduated from Indiana University with her B.A. in Speech-Language Pathology.  She has worked in the Early Education setting as well as in the K-12 setting.  She has a passion for working with students with Developmental Delays and Autism Spectrum Disorders.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children; watching them play sports and working hard in school.
